Purpose: This policy prohibits bullying in the 91°µÍø workplace.
Scope: This policy applies to all 91°µÍø employees including administrators, classified staff, exempt staff, faculty, and student employees. This policy and the procedures set forth herein only apply to bullying behavior and bullying complaints. Any other complaints involving staff and administrators shall be handled under the Complaints by Administrators and Staff Policy  or the Prohibition of Discrimination, Harassment, Sexual Misconduct, Title IX Violations, and Retaliation Policy.
