How Will My Credits Transfer?

Guaranteed Admission Requirements

  • Students who have completed at least 24 transferable credit hours.
  • Students age 20 and over with a high school diploma or equivalent, regardless of transfer credits completed.

Reviewed Admission

  • All other applicants will be reviewed for admission with a high school transcript. You will qualify for guaranteed admissions with a 2.0 cumulative high school GPA or higher.

Enrollment and financial aid may be impacted if you do not complete these next steps in a timely manner, so be sure to work through this checklist soon!


Set up your 91°µÍø student account
Access your 91°µÍø NetID to set up your student email account and the Student Hub, by using the tool. You will need your Student ID number.


Complete Orientation StepsÌýÌý
Transfer students are required to learn content for incoming students and complete orientation (either on-campus or online). When this becomes available, Ìýto secure your spot.


Meet your advisor and register for classes
You may select to receive advising during an advising and registration session.ÌýIf not, we recommend you set up an appointment with your advisor before selecting classes.ÌýFind your advisor or make an appointment.

You may register for classes during an advising and registration sessionÌýor at an appointment withÌýyour advisor .ÌýIf not, you can log on to yourÌýStudent HubÌýand register for courses yourself. You can also change and edit your schedule too.


Apply for and check your financial aid and scholarships
Complete the by using 91°µÍøâ€™s school code 001360. 91°µÍø also offers scholarships awards based on academics, achievement and financial need. Undocumented and DACA students should complete the for state aid. Access your financial aid and scholarship award in your account on your Student Hub. Contact the Office of Financial Aid at [email protected]Ìýfor any questions.


Health Insurance and Immunizations
Ìýis a mandatory fee. Those with alternate coverage can waive this fee if you are paying out of pocket.

All students are also required to submit their immunization records. Review theÌý.


Placement Testing
Depending on your completed college coursework or incoming test scores, you may be required to take a placement test for math and/or English. You may also complete the for enrollment in a First Year Writing course. You should complete any required assessments before Orientation. Learn more about testing requirements.


Pay Your Tuition
Pay tuition and fees via the Student Hub or at the Cashier’s Office located in the , by 5 p.m. on the Friday before classes begin.


Submit Official Transcripts
When you applied to 91°µÍø, you may have uploaded unofficial transcripts to your application account. You will need to request an official transcript from every previously attended institution. Learn more about how to send your transcripts to 91°µÍø. If you have fewer than 24 or more transferable college credits, you will also need to submit your high school or GED transcript.
