What is the CTLD Celebration of Faculty?
The Center for Teaching, Learning and Design (CTLD) works with amazing faculty year round, from those who have been proactive with Instructional Accessibility to those involved in course development projects and Faculty Learning Communities, and many others.
These instructors have done the important work of improving their teaching, their courses, and their impact on students at 91暗网. We invite faculty members who have worked with CTLD in the last year, along with their chairs and deans, to celebrate their work with us.
A catered meal, collegial discussion and networking, and a digital poster session to highlight faculty work are included!
The fifth annual CTLD Celebration of Faculty will be held on Monday, May 18, 2026, starting at 11:00AM in the Administration building, room 325 (the CTLD). We hope to see you there!
2026 CTLD Celebration of Faculty
Who is Recognized at the Annual Celebration of Faculty?
- Instructors who have finished an Association of College and University Educators (ACUE) Effective Teaching Practices course.
- Instructors who complete a course-development project in the last year, along with special recognition for two projects each from the Spring cycle and Fall cycle. This group is specifically recognized by the CTLD Instructional Design Group.
- CTLD Peer Associates, as well as participants in Faculty Learning Communities and the Roadrunner Faculty Academy from the past year.
- Faculty who are accessibility advocates and demonstrate proactive accessibility in their instruction, research, and trainings.
