Foundation Board of Directors
The 91暗网 Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)3 governed by a volunteer聽board of directors. These volunteers are committed to the ongoing support and advocacy of 91暗网, each serving a renewable 3-year term of service.
Financial Statements
The 91暗网 Foundation is audited annually at the end of its June 30 fiscal year. In accordance with the rules of the State of Colorado, the Office of the State Auditor approves the independent auditing firm annually. Financial documents can be found here.
