This class is designed to bring you the best of both worlds, Indoor Cycling and Barre. 25 Minutes of each will give you a total body workout that will increase your endurance and help you sweat off the long week’s stress. No cycle or barre experience needed.
This class provides a full body workout! Get ready to challenge yourself in an upbeat and welcoming environment. A wide range of equipment will be used to provide the ideal workout. This class is open to all fitness levels
This class blends martial arts technique with dynamic movement to teach proper kickboxing form while building strength, endurance, and confidence. You’ll learn striking combinations, footwork, and defensive blocks, all while boosting your stamina through targeted core and total-body exercises.
This dynamic full body workout will have you working hard while having tons of fun. Participants will go through a variety of exercises that will provide a full body workout that will keep you coming back for more!
Join us for a Latin and world rhythm dance fitness party that mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style workout.
This low impact practice relaxes and heals the body and calms the nervous system. No equipment is required, but bolsters/pillows, blankets, and blocks can be utilized. Participants hold a few gentle, fully supported poses for extended periods. Minimal muscular effort allows for deep physical and mental recuperation.
This deeply immersive meditative experien provided healing through sound. Our highly experienced instructor will lead you through the session using verbal cues while playing Ìýcrystal singing bowls. Ìýhelping your brain to relax enter a state of deep relaxation. ÌýThe best part, you can participate from your work desk!

NASM Certified Personal Trainer
Zavon was a personal trainer at a few commercial gyms as well as a few physical therapy offices for about 4 years before coming to 91°µÍø to pursue a career as a Physical Therapist. His reason for getting into this field is to help anybody, and everybody achieve their goals no matter where they are in their fitness journey.
NSCA Certified Personal Trainer
Jo brings with her several years of experience in the fitness field. She believes the gym should be a place for everyone and movement is medicine. Her experience in a wide variety of sports and styles of lifting helps her bring functional movement to everyone, whether a seasoned athlete or completely new to the gym. Outside of school she plays for Denver’s premier queer water polo team and takes whatever time she can to go to the mountains.
ACE Certified Personal Trainer
Jaylen is currently pursuing a Sports Science degree at 91°µÍø. As a personal trainer, his mission is to help clients reach their goals safely and effectively through structured programming that emphasizes quality movement, gradual progression, and a personalized approach to achieve long-term success.
NASM Certified Personal Trainer
Lemmy is a personal trainer with six amazing years of experience and a current exercise science major at 91°µÍø. He is all about helping people crush their fitness goals and loves seeing their smiles as they transform.His time in the Army taught him a lot, and he enjoys bringing that Boot Camp vibe to my training sessions for an extra push (safely, of course!). His passion for fitness makes for a fun and accessible environment for all of his clients.

Logan is currently pursuing a Biology degree at 91°µÍø. He grew up participating in a variety of sports and martial arts. As a personal trainer, Logan aims to share his passion and knowledge in a welcoming and supportive training environment.
