Rowdy Rally
Rowdy Rally is 91暗网鈥檚 official welcome event to kick off the academic year and ignite Roadrunner spirit. The day begins with 鈥淩owdy & Ready,鈥� where students can explore campus, find their classes, and get set for the semester. A Welcome Ceremony follows, featuring inspirational remarks from university leadership and special guests. The afternoon wraps up with the Roadrunner Carnival鈥攁 high-energy celebration with food, games, music, and opportunities to connect with the campus community. It鈥檚 the perfect way for new students to start their journey and for returning students to celebrate a new beginning.

A time for students to explore campus, find their classrooms, print schedules, and get set for the semester.
Each office will able to answer questions pertaining to bill pay, financial aid, accommodations, and handle any student related business. The following student service offices will be available 10am – 12:30 pm:
- Bursar (JSSB First Floor – 5)
- Registrar (JSSB First Floor – 4)
- Financial Aid (JSSB First Floor – 6)
- Access Center (Plaza 122)
- Orientation Office (JSSB Mezzanine)
- Exploratory Advising (JSSB First Floor鈥�2)
The campus bookstore, located in Tivoli Suite 205, is open to help you get ready for the semester. Whether you need textbooks, school supplies, or other academic essentials, this is your one-stop shop.
- College 101 – Sessions designed to help students transition to life at 91暗网
- Student Identity – Sessions offering support to students on various Identity programming throughout the year.
- Immigrant Services Program: What is needed for enrolling at 91暗网 and how immigrant students are supported.

Please note, not all majors and programs within each school and college will be represented. Advisors may answer general questions.
The student ID Station is located in the Tivoli, Second floor, across from the Tivoli Bookstore. You can receive your 91暗网 ID here; this is available from 8am – 5pm.
Tours will be available from 10:15-11:30am offering a preview of various spaces on campus. Spanish and English speaking tours are available.
Academic schedules are available to print in the Peer Mentor Office (Tivoli – Suite 223) 10am – 12:30pm.

12:00 PM 鈥� 1:00 PM | Welcome Ceremony | Auraria Events Center听
The Welcome Ceremony is 91暗网鈥檚 official kickoff for all new students. Join us as campus leaders鈥攊ncluding our President, Provost, and student representatives鈥攆ormally welcome you to the Roadrunner community. This tradition features symbolic activities and a spirited celebration to mark the start of your 91暗网 journey.
12:30 PM 鈥� 3:30 PM | Roadrunner Carnival鈥瘄 JSSB Lawn听
A lively celebration featuring games, food, music, and opportunities for students to build community.鈥�听
Food and drinks will be available from 1 – 5pm under the big tent. Food will be family cookout style. Non-meat, non-dairy, and gluten free options will be available.
Various giveaway items for students during the carnival. All on a first come, first serve basis.
Various recognized student organization will be hosting activities during the carnival. This is a great time to get involved in campus life and join an organization that interests you!

All students who are attending must RSVP for Rowdy Rally and will receive an email reminder with event details and a parking discount code the week of the event.
Important Details
Neighboring parking lots to the Jordan Student Success Lawn are the 7th鈥�Street Garage, Dogwood and Tivoli Garage. The Spruce parking lot will be closed for Rowdy Rally festivities. All鈥�campus鈥�parking lots鈥�require payment upon parking at the machines鈥�located鈥�within the lot.
With your Rowdy Rally RSVP, parking is FREE. You should receive a confirmation email with your parking code for the event if you RSVP’d. This parking code will need to be entered into the machine once parked in the lot of your choice. - Check-in: You and your guests can check in at any segment of the day, once checked in you will receive a wristband. This wristband will be your ticket for fun for the entire day.
- Food & Drinks: Rowdy Rally is a catered event, with lunch provided on the Jordan Student Success Lawn following the Welcome Ceremony in the Auraria Event Center. Water stations will be available throughout the event for all participants and attendees. For additional snack or drink needs, the Tivoli food courts and bookstore will remain open during the entire event. Students are encouraged to fuel up, stay hydrated, and make the most of this exciting campus celebration.听

What to Wear:听Wear what makes you comfortable. Note: half of the event will take place outdoors. Dress for the summer heat, and don鈥檛 forget your sunscreen.
- Restrooms: You can find restrooms inside the Auraria Events Center, Tivoli Student Union or the Jordan Student Success building. Signs will point you in the right direction.

Auraria Events Center restrictions: Balloons (with helium) and any food/drink are prohibited inside the events center. No signs or banners to maintain a good line of sight to the ceremony.听
- Weather: Rowdy Rally will be held rain or shine!
- For Questions at Rowdy Rally: Look out for staff wearing event staff t-shirts; they will point you in the right direction.
