Summary
The CAFP is seeking a part-time Member Engagement & Outreach Coordinator to support member experience, retention, and outreach. This role serves as a key point of contact for CAFP members and helps ensure members feel connected, supported, and engaged with the Academys work.
This position is well-suited for someone who is highly organized, responsive, warm and professional in communication, and comfortable learning and working within established systems. The ideal candidate enjoys relationship building, values follow-through, and thrives in a small, collaborative nonprofit environment dedicated to supporting Colorados family physicians and their patients.

The Family Resilience Center (FRC) aims to serve youth in Denver with complex trauma histories, many of whom experience poverty, housing instability, substance use, violence, family separation, or parental incarceration. With the support from Caring for Denver, the FRC is able continue providing trauma-informed assessment, treatment, community engagement, and engage in hiring a bilingual clinician to increase access to mental health services for immigrant and Spanish-speaking households.
Based full-time at CSU Spur in Denver, the Grant Manager and Clinician provides trauma-informed clinical services in English and Spanish, coordinates grant-funded activities and builds community partnerships to expand access to care. This position ensures implementation of the Caring for Denver grant, increases outreach capacity, strengthens referral pathways, and supports long-term sustainability of trauma-informed services in the Denver metro area.

The Action Center expects to move into this new space in 2027.
